Lisa Barer is a certified yoga teacher (2012) who has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. Her teaching style focuses on mindful movement and body/mind healing. All of Lisa’s classes have a strong focus on alignment and are infused with restorative and mindfulness meditation practices.
